During their time at camp, students participate in a range of educational activities led by resource professionals from different agencies. These experts share their knowledge on various topics, including:
  • Orienteering: Students learn essential navigation skills, using maps and compasses to explore the camp surroundings.
  • Animal Behavior: Interactive sessions help students understand how different species interact with their environment.
  • Dichotomous Key Usage: Students gain practical experience in identifying trees and plants using a dichotomous key, enhancing their observational skills.
  • Soil Science: Through hands-on experiments, campers explore soil composition, types, and the critical role soil plays in ecosystems.

Outdoor Adventures

In addition to educational sessions, students have the opportunity to engage in outdoor activities that promote teamwork and physical fitness. Hiking, climbing, and exploring the natural landscape not only provide a thrilling experience but also encourage students to appreciate the beauty and diversity of nature.
