Services provided through Health Services include:
- Hearing and vision screening
- Scoliosis screening
- HIV/AIDS training
- Assessment of student immunization status
- Documentation of medical test results, medical reports and other pertinent health information for each student's health record as needed
- Health instruction to selected classes
- Health resource information to staff
- Liaison between the Lassen County Public Health Department and the school districts
- Technical assistance in district's design of health-related policies
- Child health assessments and community resource information to students, parents, and staff
- Train school personnel in procedures required for students with special needs

- As of the 2010-2011 school year all students in 7th-12th grades are required to show proof of current immunization for Tdap. Click link to view:

- If your child needs a vision exam and/or glasses and you do not have insurance, your child may be eligible for a free exam and glasses through the Sight for Students program.
