Human Resources (HR) at the Lassen County Office of Education serves the employment needs of each of its programs and departments, overseeing recruitment, selection, and retention for classified, certificated, management, and administrative employees.  It also maintains personnel records and contracts.

Along with recruitment, selection, and retention efforts, HR assists employees with Workers’ Compensation issues and various types of leaves.

Upon request, assistance is provided to districts regarding various human resources issues, including recruitment and superintendent searches.
